This committee serves to maintain and upgrade the physical facilities, including St Andrew’s and adjacent rental properties.  Responsibilities range from ad hoc problem solving to strategic planning for careful use of financial resources. Because the church does not employ a sexton, much of the day-to-day building upkeep is done by Committee members and other volunteers.  Recommendations for projects requiring significant expenditures are provided to the Vestry and Finance Committee for review and approval.  The “B&G” committee meets on the last Tuesday of each month at 6:30 pm in the Library.  Persons with skills and knowledge in construction trades are especially appreciated but all are welcome at the work table.  For more information or to express your interest in serving, contact John Ginn (john.d.ginn@gmail.com)
