The Eucharistic Bread ministry has been on furlough during the time of staying at home. The wonderful thing about this time is that more people have been enjoying learning or improving their skills to make their own bread at home. This small but mighty ministry can tell you that when Covid kept us home and flour became scarce, we were able to bake away for some time with the reserves that we had from making bread for Saint Andrews! We hope that when we return to baking for the services, some of you might want to try your hand at baking with us. It is a special ministry because in baking we feel our kitchens turn into a sacred space. For more information or to get involved, contact Mary Katka (m.katka@comcast.net).
