Helping refugee families is the ultimate way to welcome the stranger and to serve those in need with love and compassion. Many refugee families arriving in our community after fleeing violence, persecution, and unimaginable hardship now face a more insecure and fragile beginning in their new homeland compared to those who came before them. St. Andrew’s outreach partners regularly with The Diocese of Olympia’s Refugee Resettlement Office on special projects and outreach to help refugees in the greater Puget Sound area.
