Jubilee Supper is a longstanding, successful feeding ministry. We serve a plated, three-course meal to each guest and volunteer on the last Sunday of each month. We also cook enough food for our guests to take home leftovers. We have a rotating crew of chefs and a dedicated core of volunteers, but also need a steady influx of new volunteers to keep the ministry going. A good way to try out this ministry is to come just before 2:00pm and join in the serving of our guests–that’s when we need the most volunteers. We have volunteers from preschool to 90-years-old!
Volunteers are always welcome to help cook, set up, serve and clean up this community dinner that is served in the McLachlan Hall (the parish hall).
*We especially invite volunteers to serve as hosts at each table by engaging guests in conversation and sharing the meal with them!
